A very professional and trouble-free experience for me, from the initial contact. Brian and Dave were courteous, friendly and reliable and did a great job. I would have no hesitation in using them again. All the initial preparation such as a builder for a minor repair, house wash and scaffolding were arranged for me and all turned up when expected. Communications were excellent.

Steve did a brilliant job for us on a difficult ceiling job, plastering cracks and painting. He was careful and thorough and we will definitely use this company again.

HDL painted the exterior of our weatherboard house recently. The existing paint work had deteriorated badly. We were very impressed with the level of preparation undertaken by Ken to restore the weatherboards. The final painted finish is superb!!!!

HDL have been a great company to deal with for the interior painting of our home. Dave and Kim have done an excellent job with other tradespeople also commenting on the standard of the work. Mikey was also very accommodating. With 5 adults in our household the task seemed overwhelming, but the Painters were all understanding and helpful. They also came when they said they were coming. I chose this company on the basis of comments posted on the No Cowboys website and I wasn't disappointed. Vic and Lydia were thoroughly professional and their Painter Brian did a fantastic job. Earlier this year we had employed another company to paint the exterior of the house. That company did a very average job and were very slapstick in their approach, especially with the preparation. When Vic arrived to do the quote on just the one room he was more concerned about getting the right job done for the room than the previous company had been for the whole house! I would have no hesitation in recommending Vic and his team and will certainly be using them in future.

I just want to let you know what a pleasure it was having Iain here. Apart from doing a meticulous job with the painting, he was the most obliging tradesman one could wish for. Whatever I asked him to do always got a cheery - "no problem". You are fortunate to have him on your team.

Lydia and Vic were pleasant, responsive and easy to deal with. Dave did a great job prepping our walls and painting our open plan lounge/kitchen area. HDL provided high-quality paint. The trim required several coats, which Dave did without complaint. Dave was very friendly and trustworthy (and lovely with our big dog!), and we felt comfortable leaving him alone in the house while he did his work.

A quick note to let you know that we were very pleased with Iain's workmanship completing our small paint job over the weekend.
